About the Role:
Alfa Insurance - Hunt Agency in Pell City, AL is looking for a motivated and personable Customer Sales Representative to join our growing team. Responsibilities:
- Prospect and generate new leads through referrals, networking, and outbound outreach
- Consult with customers to assess insurance needs and recommend appropriate coverage options
- Quote, bind, and process new insurance policies across auto, home, life, and other product lines
- Maintain and grow an existing book of business through proactive customer follow-up
- Handle inbound customer inquiries, policy changes, and service requests
- Meet or exceed monthly sales goals and performance metrics
- Build long-term client relationships to drive retention and referrals
Requirements:
- Active Alabama Property & Casualty and/or Life & Health insurance license (or willingness to obtain)
- Prior experience in insurance sales, retail sales, or a customer-facing role preferred
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Self-motivated with a goal-oriented mindset
- Proficiency with basic computer applications and CRM tools
- Ability to multitask and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment
- High school diploma or equivalent required; college degree a plus

Compensation: $35,000.00 - $50,000.00 per year
