The CSR serves as a piece of the operational backbone of our agency, responsible for client servicing, policy lifecycle management, and retention.

Core Responsibilities

Client Service & Retention

Manage inbound service requests (endorsements, billing, coverage questions)
Process policy changes, renewals, cancellations, and reinstatements
Remarket policies to maintain competitive coverage and pricing
Handle claims intake and provide client guidance through claims process
Maintain client relationships via consistent communication

Policy & Carrier Management

Quoting and binding across multiple carriers (personal lines and/or commercial lines)
Ensure accuracy of applications, documentation, and underwriting submissions
Maintain compliance with carrier guidelines and underwriting standards
Build working relationships with carrier underwriters and reps

Administrative & Operational Support

Maintain AMS (Agency Management System) data integrity
Manage policy documentation, e-signatures, and file compliance
Assist with marketing support (renewal reviews, cross-sell campaigns)

Qualifications

Active Property & Casualty Insurance License, or willing to obtain (Georgia required)
1–3+ years insurance service experience preferred
Strong organizational and multitasking capabilities
High attention to detail and compliance awareness
Client-first communication style
High School Diploma
Valid Driver's License (Georgia)

Compensation: $40,000.00 - $60,000.00 per year
