Your Role and Impact
As the Front Office Conciege at Alfa Insurance - Doug Blevins Agency & Associates, you'll be a pivotal team player, embodying our pride and commitment to excellence. Your role will involve:
- Building Relationships: streamline our front office client services, great policy holders and keep the agency calendar scheduled.
- Expert Service Provision: Utilize your strong communication skills to address customer inquiries, make policy holders feel VIP, and provide seamless service across various platforms.
- Operational Excellence: Support our agency with your adeptness in learning new systems, processing applications, and ensuring the smooth operation of our agency.
We're Looking For:
- A high school diploma or equivalent, with a readiness to attain an Insurance license within 30 days of hire.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, a quick learner with a knack for new programs and procedures.
- A team player embodying a positive, professional attitude, eager to contribute to our culture of excellence.
