REQUIREMENTS/RESPONSIBILITIES
- As a Sales Associate, you’ll play a vital role in growing and supporting the agency
- You will assist in prospecting and closing new business, servicing existing customers, and supporting the daily operations of the agency
- Prospect and acquire new business in property, auto, and life insurance lines
- Quote, bind, and process insurance policies.
- Respond to customer inquiries and assist with policy changes, billing, and claims support.
- Maintain accurate records and documentation of all client interactions.
- Collaborate with the agent and service center team to ensure smooth daily operations.
- Review applications for insurability and assist with underwriting decisions.
- Adapt quickly to new systems and processes in a fast-paced environment
Skills needed to be considered for this position:
- Must be extremely efficient with computer processes and programs.
- Must be Sales Focused
- Must be Customer Focused
Qualifications
- Proficient in Microsoft Office programs and have an aptitude for learning new programs and procedures
- Team player with a positive, professional attitude, and work ethic
- This position requires strong communication skills, the ability to learn quickly, and a commitment to delivering outstanding customer experiences
- High school diploma or equivalent (required)
- Ability to obtain a Property & Casualty and/or Life Insurance license within 30 days of hire Strong communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills Proficiency in Microsoft Office and the ability to learn new systems quickly Team-oriented mindset with a professional and positive attitude

Compensation: $33,000.00 - $63,000.00 per year
