Alfa and its affiliates now provide insurance and other financial services to more than 1 million customers in 11 states. Many Alfa insurance agents are independent contractors. These agents are not employees of Alfa Insurance. Staff for independent contractor agents will be employees of the agent and not Alfa Insurance.

What You'll Do:
- Guide clients through various insurance options (auto, home, life, business)
- Develop personalized protection plans that meet each client's unique needs
- Build lasting relationships within our community
- Help neighbors make informed decisions about their insurance coverage
- Service existing policyholders to ensure retention as well as cross-sell.
What You'll Need:
- Property & Casualty license (or willingness to obtain in a reasonable timeframe)
- Life, Accident & Sickness license (or willingness to obtain in a reasonable timeframe)
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills
- Self-motivation and goal-oriented mindset
- Genuine desire to help others
- Previous sales experience is a plus, but we value the right attitude above all!

Compensation: $800.00 per year
